Bell already imposes ridiculously low bandwidth caps compared with what telecoms in the other parts of the world offer. Trying to squeeze out the resellers now... quite low.

My best friend's dad left upper management at Bell quite a few years back when he could no longer stand to work for such a dishonest company.

They charge for incoming text messages, they throttle internet traffic, their tech support asks me if I've plugged in my modem...

ok, look at it this way.

2 consumers are talking about how a provider of the service is acting in ways in which makes them sick at the behaviour of this provider insuring that said consumers never do business with them.

1 employee of said provider is calling both consumers wrong, because he has no bias in this issue (sarcasm), and thinks people should be stupid enough to pay more for less and accept it so said employee may stay employed.

They all trash Bell after working there...BCE has the highest level mgr's who quit or take stress leave...There is sooo much politics within..glad he made it out in one peace.

Most of you dont even know this but bell has been scamming peps for years the best example is the touchtone situation with the phones


did you know that all touchtone phone users are charged a touchtone fee for having one

i thinks its like 1-3 dollars a month

the alternative to not being billed for such a stupidiy is to go back to the old phones that have rotary dials

I quit Bell because of bad customer service.

the average consumer does not need to know more. Every time I can bash Bell I do it. They probably lost dozens of customers because of me.
