yes, another one:rolleyes:

ok, im going MIDI:D

so what do you think is better?

Numark Stealth Control

or

Behringer BCD3000 ?

price is pretty much the same..

only these two count, no, i can't save up for vci 100:rolleyes:

thanks!

Both are bad. Instead of buying a product twice, just spend some more and get better quality.

In your price range, go for the UC33e or the X-Session Pro. If you can spend a little more, check out the Korg 4 as it has a nice price slapped on it.

you mean korg ZERO 4??
if yes, its WAY out of my budget range :eyes:

i need something for my bedroom, to make some mixes for me & friends, i need something thats made for djing, x-session looks fine but its a bit too basic, those two i picked have a nice range of controls, but whats wrong with them? are they unreliable or something?
archaudio
Well yeah they are a little more unstable. You might run into some problems like crashing but if you are just playing for some friends that won't matter. you have to start somewhere. Those ones you picked do not feel near as solid as the professional stuff. It is a good way to see how DJing is sort of done but if you want the real feel you are going to have to spend some more money.

Final thoughts. Get one, and if you like the idea of DJing and if it is worth the money to you, upgrade and sell the old one to a friend or somebody who is in the same situation as you are in now. Thats what i did.

How much are those two?

To be honest the Behringer looks like a plastic toy. About 6 months ago I was thinking about getting the Numark Total Control, but after doing more research I decided against it and got the VCI-100 instead.

yeah, they're both plastic but i dont care about that, the price is about 250€

vestax is great, i know, but its too expensive for a schoolboy like me.

i dont know, numark seems better but behringer has its own built in soundcard so thats one less thing to worry about.. anyway i think that after all the numark is a better choice, i hope im not wrong. what do you think?

thanks!

Even if the Behringer has an integrated soundcard I'd go with the Numark. You can get a cheap external USB soundcard that will get the job done for around $89.

If you're looking for something with an integrated sound card, then this is a far better choice than the Behringer.

Hercules DJ Console RMX

Anyways, those two you mentioned are 250 Euro. The retail price of the Vestax is 380 Euro. If I were you, I'd wait to save the extra cash. As a VCI-100 owner, I can assure you it's worth it. ;)

Dunno about the BCD3000, but I own an older 2000 and yest its prone to crashing in all the applications I've used it in.
Really ur better off saving a bit more. You won't regret it down the track.;)

Look at the Xponent by M-Audio. There are some good deals around for them. I've used it and don't have any major complaints. That said, I've only used it with Torq, which is the program it's mainly designed for. However I have heard positive things about it being used in other ways.
