Id rather own property. Property is tangible and you have full control over it (Until the government passes too many laws that is)

Condos are under control of your whiney neighbours in the form of a board. Plus you pay condo fees on top of taxes all for a concrete box. And you dont even own the concrete, you own the air in between it.

But if you say Toronto is one big condo then technically you dont have to live in a condo building to be that grouchy man ;)
