georges st pierre has a bodyguard too;) (he is about 6'6 and must be over 300lbs, but is a nice as a kitten)
you would be amazed how many stupid people with napoleon complexes try to fight these guys when they are in public. These guys are not all huge either, just amazing fighters, so people think that they can take them for some idiotic reason. |

i doubt anybody in montreal would challenge them
fighting here as a sport has only recently blossomed, and its due on the most part to the media
whereas places like brazil, japan, thailand where fighting either has a historic significance or a role in survival, public showdowns with popular fighters arent uncommon |

| trust me i know, i asked georges as a joke why he needed a bodyguard.(we aren't bff or anything, we just eat at the same restaurant a lot) He told me everytime he goes out, he gets at least one trying to prove something. |
