Poll attached..

Just curious really. It's kind of like your "Which way do you keep your knives, spoons and forks in your kitchen drawer" question.

If you have 4 faders do you use Fader 1+2, or 2+3, or 1+4?

I'm bored :) (same can be applied to 3 channel, 1+3 or 1+2... etc.. but i'll only put options up for 4 channel mixer.
Zild

1 + 2 for my cdj 1000's, 3 for my cdj 800, 7+8 for my technics 4+5 if i plug ableton, which i don't really use much.

does anybody know if using channels farthest away from eachother eliminates crosstalk and gives an increase in sound quality,

CH1 Phono - 1200
CH2 Line1 - Traktor
CH2 Line2 - DN-1800F
CH3 Line1 - Traktor
CH3 Line2 - DN-1800F
CH4 Phono - 1200
CH4 Line - External (eg. ipods and such)

I like using 3+4 because they are closest to the other controls on my particular mixer.

Mr.Mystery
I use the same order the equipment is in on my desk, so it varies. Right now it's 1+3 for turntables and 4 for my CDJ.
DuBam
Usually 1+2
