srsly though, $80 for a nylon backpack that basically only holds a macbook?
I could pay a hooker to walk around with me and hold it for less. |

What about those hardened briefcases that look like mini flight cases?
Microphone flight cases without the foam?
Usually on planes I carry my laptop with me (either in a typical laptop bag or the one I designed for my portable (X32), but it's not mingling about with other gear in proper flight cases. I'd definitely want something with a hard shell if it was going to get bumped around. |

| ...I already have a computer bag I just feel like my computer isn't 100% safe tho. I always find myself bumping the corners when going in/out doorways and stuff... And the other day I had to hit my brakes hard and my computer bag slammed against the dash. It sucked but luckily no serious damage. The backpack thing looks ok. Still trying to find a flight case. |
