Hey guys, recently just finished 3 new tracks. This one is called Canus Majoris, its a 130bpm electro/techy housey trance sort of track :)It covers various genres.

No offense, but very clearly, there are quite a few changes to be made. The mix is completely out of whack, by the time the lead comes in and it sounds like you're trying to win the Loudness War as indicated by the change in volume the kick takes opposing that of the lead.
The tune's seriously got potential, but your limiter/compressor is limiting that...
...Unless you're running the mix through Suzie Wong's distortion combinator, in which case this tune is excellent - keep up the good work! |

| I've no limiter/compressor on this track. Perhaps the fact it was rendered at 128 has something to do with it? I still have to cut off some loose frequencies and add some compression. |
