Hi everyone,
First post here, and I'm looking for a couple of recommendations, as I am still relatively new to the world of trance.
First of all, after listening to the album Earthbound by Earthbound (the artist), I was really taken with the track "We're Bound". It features an ambient trance style background with some beautiful brass instrument playing a jazzy melody in the foreground.
Here is the track (it is not by Daft Punk by the way it got wrongly named):

I am looking for some music, maybe an artist or an album that makes similar music to this song. Also, what type of music can this be called?
Secondly, I am looking for general recommendations for the best ambient trance and acid trance music you know (artists/albums instead of individual songs, if possible).
Thanks a lot, and by the way I would be willing to share the whole album (which mostly sounds very different to this song) if I get some good recommendations :D |

they split up after Mission Dreams in 2002. I heard that one of them moved to Hong Kong. I agree that they released several quality releases. Especially their early releases such as Hypocondric Lovesick EP |

Yeah Earthbound was really great, probably the best artist on the fluid label. I highly recommend their album "Earthbound".
Essence Of Life (John 00 Flemming Remix) is a real gem. |

RebeL9 thanks for the recommendations. I'll check them out as soon as I get some free time on my hands
Also, I didn't even know that Earthbound had made other music than that one album, so now I've got one more thing to look up. |
