Could you tell me what set you think is best by Mauro Picotto?
I haven't been listening enough much to his music but I have "Back to Cali", "Techno harmony" and "Komodo" and I simply love them all and want more :D
You may also if you want post some great tracks by him ;)

Mauro Picotto Essential Mix
and Mauro Picotto @ trance energy.
He doesnt play tracks like those you mentioned that much anymore. Its more mental techno. Try getting Baguette and Verdi. both very good. |

If you expect to hear those kind of tunes in his livesets, you'll be disappointed as he plays mostly techno

Let's not forget his best work (IMO): Imperiale, Lizard (Picotto Mix!) and Sosa - "The Wave". All from the time when BXR was still producing "mediterrenean progressive" (which is seemingly only produced by Bismark and Ricky Le Roy nowadays), and before Picotto became a techno-populist.:)
The best techno live-set IMO is the HR3 XXL-Clubnight from 2001. |

You won't find this on-line but it was a blinding set after Guy Ornadel had set the standard earlier!
Best Picotto tune by far has to be Hong Kong, sensational breakdown and incredible melodic intro/outro! |
