somebody is going through their morbid phase.
It'd have to be a 4 course meal, cos I'm too pissy to choose just one thing.
Starter: the best melon i've had, drizzled with strawberry coulis and served with raspberries for sharpness.
Fish Course: I don't eat fish, so I'd just have another meat dish. Probably the sirloin steak & chicken breast kebab I had last summer in gran canaria with red peppers & spanish onion. Best meat taste ever.
Meat Course: Loin of lamb, with a mint & pea puree, baby leeks, baby carrots and baby corn.
Dessert: 2 dishes. One with my favourite sticky lemon sponge cake, the other with the worlds best belgian triple chocolate gateau with chocolate ganache to decorate.
after dinner: peach liqeuer and the best pastry in the world, sausage rolls. If i'm dying I'm doing it in style. |
