Jeebus, you work out to Happy Hardcore?? I'd probably go with something like this:

Interesting thread....When im working out (cardio) the music has to have beat and bass and be somewhat repetitive.

Sometimes I actually move my feet to the bbm -

I dont listen to trance becasue it has too many airy fluffy breaks with little beats that go on and on and it annoys the hell out of me.

I listen to techno and house, but more so techno, not so much the head banging industrial type, but more of a minimal housey techno..

Anything to drown out the annoying ass Lady Gaga and Black Eyed Peas my gym plays 24/7.. but in all seriousness, I find stuff by Desyn to make good workout music. I load my iPod up with lots of sets from various TA's and such. And yeah I have listened to some minimal type music before while working out... anything with a constant, repetitive beat works.

Lately I've been running to the '99 Oakie EMs. I recommend it.

You don't work out to music. Maybe some video tapes of the Romanian olympic lifting team training for inspiration, but music is for the weak.
