I haven't taken the TTC for years ... with a quick glanace at this AD (which you'll normally do) I thought it was some black youth awareness thing ...
This is well-fare budget production for sure ... at least hire a proper graphic designer.

We all know this "black" friend of ours, must be a reallllllly small world.
