EARTHQUAKE!!! Did you guys just feel it? (pg. 2)

Glad you mentioned this. I wasn't sure if it was an earthquake or if I was having some sort of flashback. I was in my basement studio and I felt a jolt, but it didn't feel like an earthquake for some reason. My wife was two floors above me and she didn't feel anything. Eh, whatever. If it isn't a 5.0 or above, it's really not worth mentioning.

Well don't with the cartels. And I'll be cool with watching Cali burn on TV this fire season instead of out my window.

You might want to go back and do your homework on that one. The USGS would be a good place to start.

Thank you, Captain Obvious. I'm sure he meant "on a regular basis"

, now I have to come up with another witty, yet derrogatory catch phrase.

He should have said that then. I'm not a mind reader. All I know is that there is active seismicity in that region. 14 moderate tremors in the last century alone. In fact, the Western Grand Canyon and Flagstaff have recently been identified as 2 notable areas of current seismicity.

And your "catch phrase" was hardly derogatory. :stongue:

14 moderate tremors in the last century? We've had that in the LA area in the last few months. I think it was pretty "obvious" what DJ Reese meant.
