Jake Benson
So this is my take at breaks! The original is by KJ Sawka fyi not by me (like the player erroneously says). Below is my remix of the track.

DuBam
First impression -> Love it! :)

Goes down reeally smooth.

How the hell this only got one lousy reply is beyond me :wtf:

Sounds very nice as always, Jake. I prefer your deeper sounding stuff (your piano work is always excellent), but this is a nice take on a more mainstream sound.

Nice work.

Nothing to say other than, solid work ;)

Also, had no idea TheSixtyOne had players like that now...when did that start? :wtf: Sweet!

you couldn't get them to change it to my boy?

very nice track, curious what parts you used from a remix pack. sounds very well mixed. anything holding it back? maybe a more intricate kick/break pattern. nice stuff ;]

Thanks for the compliments y'all. This will be released by KJ sometime in June (forgot the date...whooooops).

LOL sorry but I think KJ Sawka is straight ahhahah. I used only the vocals, which had already gone through the vocoder. So those effects are not mine., except for some EQing and dubbing, slicing effects. The rest of the remix track is of my originality from scratch (beats, melody, etc.) If I could go back, I'd probably make the beat a little more heavy and slightly less reverby. I have a bad habit of filling in space with reverb.

I dunno, I was browsing on the buttons by the track because I was trying to edit something...I totally forgot what I was looking for when I stumbled upon this. Best feature ever!

Yep, definately a great track alright.

And to those that say auto tune can't be used effectively in a track.....how does it feel to be so wrong :D

Oh, and thanks for letting me know I'm alone is now on Beatport Jake :whip: ;)

would lik3 2 buy d1s:tongue3 but i still think could use some more drum variation to kick it up a little notch

Very good man!

After seeing DuBam complaining how it only got 1 reply, I decided to listen, and I agree with him.

It's too short, that's the only gripe I have about it.
