A .cue file is basically a listing of times that tracks start in an mp3, so if you have a 74 minute mix as one mp3 file you can make a cd with all the tracks in it using a cue files. I actually don't have any programs that do it for you, if someone hasn't made one already then I do it myself!

It goes like this basically:
code:
FILE "Paul Van Dyk - Live @ Gatecrasher 17 06 01.mp3" MP3 TRACK 01 AUDIO TITLE "Be Angeled" PERFORMER "Jam & Spoon" INDEX 01 00:00:00 TRACK 02 AUDIO TITLE "Fragile" PERFORMER "Blank & Jones" INDEX 01 06:22:00 TRACK 03 AUDIO TITLE "10 In 01 (Paul Van Dyk Mix)" PERFORMER "Members Of Mayday" INDEX 01 11:37:00 TRACK 04 AUDIO TITLE "Superstring (Rank 1 Mix)" PERFORMER "Cygnus X" INDEX 01 18:54:00 TRACK 05 AUDIO TITLE "Empire" PERFORMER "Second Sun" INDEX 01 26:09:00 TRACK 06 AUDIO TITLE "Section 0" PERFORMER "Walter & Gelder" INDEX 01 35:11:00 TRACK 07 AUDIO TITLE "Massive" PERFORMER "Ralphie B" INDEX 01 39:25:00 TRACK 08 AUDIO TITLE "Epic" PERFORMER "Mirco De Govia" INDEX 01 45:03:00 TRACK 09 AUDIO TITLE "Out There" PERFORMER "Paul Van Dyk" INDEX 01 50:03:00 TRACK 10 AUDIO TITLE "Dreamland" PERFORMER "Nu-NRG" INDEX 01 54:25:00

The 'FILE' line is the full filename of the mp3 in quote marks, with the type after the quotes. I think you can have WAVE, MP3, BINARY. I assume you just put whatever type the file is. You can also put information such as the title of the cd/mix and who its by. Just follow the FILE example except use TITLE and PERFORMER with quotes.
Next is the tracks. You have the number of the track, artist/title information and when it starts. The time is in minutes:seconds:frames. I just use minutes and seconds normally, unless I guess a specific point like half a second or something. You can leave the frames as 00. You don't need to have the artist/title and you can put it all in one TITLE line if you want to save space or something. You just need to have the 'TRACK ## AUDIO' and the 'INDEX 01 mm:ss:ff' lines.
To burn cds with them I use a shareware of CDRWIN. All you have to do is click record disc, load cuesheet and find the one you want. It will load it and then click start recording and youre done! You can get more information and a program here. I hope that helps and isn't too confusing! :)
