Hating on candy kids, is pretentious and retarded. Maybe it's not appropriate for a proper club, but for for a massive/rave or outdoor festival or whatever then I think it's great. Whatever happened to edm being about creativity, fun and self expression? The fact that you could go out and wear bracelets and glow sticks and weird colors, or any random costume was part of the fun of the whole scene. Sure I don't do it anymore, but I'm not gonna hate on the people that do.
I bet we're all just bitter that we're not so young and un-jaded as when we're a trance-noob. Those days were great and you know it. |

I never wore candy , and still managed to fully enjoy myself, as a trance-noob, or otherwise. Also, I reserve the right to make fun of anyone I please. Some people just make it easier than others :p |

Candy ravers deserve to be made fun of, I don't care if you're trying to be an individual, you can do it through other methods than being completely off your face and looking like a ing moron. As far as I know, there were plenty of people who went to raves sporting much more normal attire.

see that's the thing. After HIGH SCHOOL, you grow up. But you know, some people can't handle that. So they still wear their candy and wave their glow sticks and look rediculous. Fine, whatever, I like comedy on a night out to the club. |
