twas a great night, came at around 11:15 when Jamie Kidd was playing his set and then eventually Metalogic came on. Some pretty cool beats here and there, when Perc came on at around 2:30am i think? started off the set with a sick banger! I got a few videos of the night and will post them up as soon as I can find my cable to connect my phone to my laptop. It was nice meeting El K Dee, StereoPrincess (czesc!) and English Rachel! You all were very kind and very fun people who were into the music. It was a nice simple little venue, the area was perfect, perfectly secluded away from prying eyes, i hope more parties are thrown there in the near future. Definitely track of the night was the opening track Perc played, the siren sounding track. Some of the buildups were long but were still executed in a different way, really had a good night and I hope El K Dee, StereoPrincess and English Rachel all had a good night as well! I tried looking for you ladies as Martin and I were leaving, but we couldn't find you so we headed the long haul home. Sorry but hope you understand.

that was Jon Tremblay who opened the night from 11 - 12:45 or so.
Jamie Kidd is half OF Metalogic.

I was there as well, solo, but I still had a pretty good time overall. Jon Tremblay played a few choice tunes which really stood out for me - Ichundu - Hey (tiefschwarz retouch) and Holden's remix of Madonna. Haven't heard that track in quite a bit!

Metalogic were really cool. I've seen them prior, opening for Holden, but they were definitely in form. Really cool live work, with great effect use and overall some dark clicky vibes. I would have enjoyed a little more melody thrown in, but it was definitely getting the crowd moving.

I couldn't only stay for the first 2 of Perc, but they were definitely twisted and quite cool. Alas, responsibilities kept me to an early timeline.

Cool venue - was a little smokey for my tastes, but it harkened back to some old studio parties I've hit back in the day. I'd go again, for sure.
El K Dee
i should learn to show up after 1am for such parties....really aint fun being the 3rd person in..lol

Ableton nights ftw.

I hear ya man... you were probably right near me then; I was the solo guy right up at the front trying to maintain some sort of groove ;)

Yeah - except for the moments of beautiful blue "BenQ" logo action over Jon Tremblay as they were getting the projector set up :)

I LOVED THIS EVENT!!! wasn't disappointed at all, well for the most part.

Jon Tremblay was opening when i got there around 11pm. I hate to say it, but i really didn't enjoy his set. People were trying to dance to him, but it wasn't really dancing, just ppl standing around, socializing, bobbing to the beat at times. His set was too mellow, and for a techno party, he would have been better off sticking to ONLY techno tracks.... There was no flow, and very little energy. I've been told he isn't typically a techno DJ, so maybe that's why he fell short a little bit. I used this time to socialize...and patiently waited for Metalogic to come on (who i have to admit, i assumed was ONE GUY).

I've seen Jamie Kidd a few times now, and every time i see him he blows my mind. TALENT, TALENT, TALENT. Watching him spin, and tweak the mixer, is always a pleasure. So ya, didn't realize he was one of two members of Metalogic...and wow, i would kill to see those guys spin together again. amazing.

So....Metalogic was tearing it up, hard hitting dark techno, i was eating it up. Metalogic in my eyes saved this party....turned it into a dark techno party, which is what my friends and I came to see. I was actually starting to wonder how Perc was going to keep up with them. I never should have doubted him...lol. Perc then came out, and honestly, came out HARD. Perc took what Metalogic started, and took it to another level. I can honestly say, that was the BEST techno set i've ever heard! My friends were coming up to me all night going...HOLY . We were all in awe. I had a good feeling about this night, and i was not let down at all. He played "Work Harder", which made me very happy. Also, the venue was AMAZING, and i will def. be attending future events there if given the chance.

10 out of 10.

vids of Metalogic and Perc to come :)

THANK U PLATFORM FOR BOOKING PERC!!! and for throwing an amazing party.
