I agree. I actually met him and he seemed down to earth, but have also read some pretty stupid comments he's made. I give him the benefit of the doubt, though, that maybe he's just hopelessly sarcastic. I have that problem myself and am often completely misunderstood =p |

But the guy is a major league .

| he was good when he first came out all his tunes very catchy but that same monotone beat again and again it was like his sets were 2 hr extended mixes of not exactly. |

I've been a Zabiela whore since 2003 and I've lost count of the number of times I've seen him perform over the years (I think it's up to 9 now). I can attest that his choice in music was much better in the past than it is now. The common thread in his selections for most of 2001-2006 was a dirty funk that I haven't heard much of in the last few years. He was rocking it in early 2008 but aside from that his sets haven't been the same for me. His downtempo mixes are still outstanding, however. |
