:eyes: Ever since Empire, I've always been a fan even with Antoine's fashionhawk. It's been years since I saw them.

Yeah, but they started sucking after Empire. Crush was alright but thumped to death. Now they make crap music that includes one of the two chums belting it out on the mic while sweating awkwardly and doing cartwheels .

In short, enjoy your aids :p

Though I do want to reiterate that I do appreciate Devin bringing in talent. For the most part :p

Personally i think their new cd is kinda cool. Really different stuff but nothing wrong with evolving sound. I love their sound myself.

Maybe you haven't heard of them but I've known these guys for 8 years plus. I was probably in Twilo when they handed PvD the demo CD with Empire in it. When they moved to LA from Montreal, I went to see them there circa 2002? I forget the exact time but it was definitely before Crush came out. Don't be fooled by 12" release dates because tracks like The Spell, even though officially released in 2004, has been out since 2001. PvD was been whoring Empire original mix since 2000.

Ahh the days of being a Vandit Brother (fanatic) :p

Ya, just because the "release date" says 2004, doesn't mean they aren't jamming out that tune even years before then.

I kind of lost interest in seeing these guys since I haven't liked their work the last few years...such a shame too. I would've loved to have seen them a few years ago.

Going to have to pass now.

I think we know they WEREN'T playing out back then....

They've been around longer than you might think they are

Like I said, "IF" they were touring shows a couple years back, I might make an appearance

btw...I'm still questioning if PvD did play Scott's version of "The Spell" in WMC years back? :conf:
