Two room apartment available in Manhattan - $1250

Hi guys,
I'm helping my landlord rent a two room apartment in my building for only $1,250 per month.
It's actually a converted one bedroom and both rooms are very big by NYC standards.
This apartment is located in Hudson Heights which is the Northwest corner of Washington Heights (181st and Fort Washington).
Hudson Heights is a really nice area located near the Northern tip of Manhattan (before inwood).
There are some great restaurants up here and a couple really nice parks. I've lived in this area for over six years and I love it.
The apartment is located a half block from the A express train and the 1/9 train is 3 blocks away. A-train gets you to 59th street in about 15 - 17 minutes and to west 4th in 25 - 30 minutes.

| thats not a bad corner. My boss used to drop me off a tthe A train there....they have nice little eateries and cafes :) |
