i thought benny was actually better than paul, but paul actually seemed to be enjoying himself tonight and the crowd was quite receptive. but a lot of people started to leave toward the end; i think that 3AM was just a bit too late for chicago area trance crackers.

I got there about 10, and to my surprise, the whole place is going mental to what looked like Row vs someone else spinning Trance. Jumping up and down like a rock show and just going crazy. So things were in full swing which was cool.
This crowd was much better than some of the past shows I've been to here, and I was pleased. It was so hot, the whole place was dripping which made this party mad sexy and dirty.
The next DJ Im not familiar with, but started rocking some bang'n house and then evened out with a little prog.
Benassi was the best of the night, with a rocking set. Personally, I found it a little disjointed, but his jams were whats up. From what I can remember, he played:
Grum - Go Back (Le Castle Vania remix)
MGMT - Kids (Soulwax remix)
Benassi vs RHCP - Waiting 4 Satifaction
Fake Blood - Mars
Depeche Mode - Peace (Japanese Popstars remix) :eyespop: :eyespop:

Beanssi and Bowie - I am a DJ
there were more Benassi sounds riffs which I can't remember atm nor some other bang'n tracks that got played.
PVD came out well with;
PVD - For an Angel (Spencer and Hill remix) into
Simon Patterson - Thump
also had some mashup [as scene in the above video] of
Chuckie - Let the Bass Kick vs ID vs Zombie Nation - Kernkraft 400
Plenty of other familiar tracks were in there. I remember;

PVD - For an Angel (PVD mix?)
but the thing that got me was that PVD's set seemed flat and not that 'amazing' The next night in Milwaukee was much better.
Then he did this Seven Nation Army tease and didn't play anymore at the end of the show. Really horrible way to go out, the crowd were booing! It was pure .
overall though, this party was tip top and not to have been missed!
