Studio Furniture - Swivel Chairs/Stools?

| Was curious how many of you practice seated and if you would have any recommendations for swivel chairs or some type of adjustable stool that is highly ergonomic. Something high quality? |

you could i guess... but why?
you dj standing up, maybe at a sketch party back in the day where you had no choice but to set up on a coffee table, but then you would just sit on the couch
that's just lazy
but if for some reason you really wanted to, check out ikea or some office supply places, they should have a high stool kinda of deal going on |

yea, i've seen them, just gotta do a little digging
i've always just tried to make my playing surface at elbow height to reduce the strain on my back, a little rubber mat at your feet helps too
many a marathon session has been played like that in my studio |
