This guy used to go to Stereo a lot back in the day. Never heard a set of his before, is he really that bad Enjoy? Always been curious about this guy.

Satoshi did play some experimental stuff a few yrs back (my friends and I did not really dig it as weel), but he's back in full form. His Renaissance double cd released a few months back proves it. It's mostly proggy, and yes some minimal-ish tracks on there as well. Nice basslines and much fresher sound.

His Nubreed cd's on GU in 2002 pretty much set the standard for dark prog, which was THE sound at the time.

My 1st experience at Stereo ever was with him at the decks in June 2002. What an amazing aural experience that was.

We travelled to the t-dot to see him last Dec at Mod Club, but a massive snow storm caused the gig to be cancelled. It was a helluva drive down there too...we should have known!

Anyhow, I don't think anyone will be disapointed by what he's currently spinning.

??? To each his own...Every time i've seen Satoshi he rocks the house.

Check out his new Renaissance CD. One of those compilation's that will grow on you like crazy. Glad to hear that he is coming to town :)
