| Botox, laser dermabrasion/resurfacing, bit of a lift here and there, professionally done makeup and a decent photographer will get you fairly much anything. Isabella Rossellini was one of the few to only get away with about half the above, but she was a real exception |

There is no such thing as 'keep it natural' for any professional lady who wishes to keep working in those particular fields of modelling or acting. The admirers don't want natural, they want idealism and perfection which doesn't go hand in hand with nature.
That's just how it is or you just get shown the door in the mid 20's. |
