I was at the college library today and these girls were trying to print out the coupon off of a link from Oprah's site. But the coupon would keep freezing in the middle of downloading. So they were pissed off they could'nt get the coupon to print from the school's browser, so they went from computer to computer trying to get it to print LOL. Eventually, they started making phone calls lol. I thought it was funny. I would'nt bother KFC's chicken is terrible, Popeye's is pretty good though. KFC has better mashed potatoes.

So I went to the closest KFC to my place that was complying with this special offer. I showed up ~6:30 pm yesterday with coupons in hand (my wife and I had one each). We walk inside and the manager on duty said they weren't honoring the coupon for the rest of the day and they would only be accepting the first 100 coupons every day until the offer expired.
I wonder if there is room to complain to corporate about this. It's a battle that I don't think is worth much of my time, but if I can get a free meal out of it after the promotion ends, it may be in my best interest to make the call. Anybody have any thoughts on this?

KFC is supposed to honor the PDF version too. Due to a period of network latency as Oprah's show was airing, a PDF version was released for a short amount of time. The PDF version was pulled down once the servers we're up and running again.

KFC Riots Day II: Police Barricade Store
The Oprah-induced KFC riots spill into day two. The Yum Brands (YUM) chain has issued an official denial, saying everything is orderly, but scattered reports say otherwise.
In Greensboro North Carolina, things got so out of hand that the law enforcement had to get involved.
Greensboro Police were forced to block off the entrance to the KFC on Bessemer Avenue during the dinner rush Wednesday night.
The police shutdown the restaurant when too many people packed inside, and many customers left empty handed.
The nation waits on the edge of its seat, as the chain scrambles to source more bird before Mother's Day (which is shockingly their biggest day of the year).
I went over to our nearest KFC a few minutes ago...and chaos ensued. Despite the very visible grilled chicken behind the register, the manager told everyone with coupons to leave and that the promotion was over for the day. The people there are currently holding a sit-in and refusing to leave until they get their free chicken... or the cops are called. Racial epithets were being spewed, people who actually wanted to pay for chicken were facing a potential beatdown, and the manager ran from the screaming horde. Oprah, what have ye wrought?f
