I thought that was only sending money? the travel ban as far as i know is still in place... but who knows with Obama what could happen

Acapulco is cheap AND a party town!!!!!
Ni-cd and I went to Punta Cana in Jan, it was full of young partiers too!!!! and very affordable.... |

I've been to punta cana twice and both times found a lack of young adults and it was pretty quiet (which i like).
I suppose it depends on the resort as well.
If you're looking for a place where you can travel off the resort i wouldnt recommend punta cana... all the resorts are pretty far away from any city life, although there is some local club near by. |

There's also a wicked club that actually plays house/techno too... |

| Thanks for the feedback. The reason we're choosing Cuba is mainly because its cheap... A LOT more cheap that other hotspots. Doing some more Google research Varadero seems to be the best bet for my needs. |
