that's actually a misconception by the media...
He was taking a drug called Clomid which is used as a post-cycle-therapy drug after you take a cycle of steroids (hence "post cycle therapy"). It's one of those drugs which helps gets your body back into its natural state because all anabolic steroids basically stop the natural production of testosterone. To help boost it, Clomid is used. It's also used as an anti-estrogen as well (not as commonly) because estrogen is produced when on a cycle of steroids (estrogen is a female hormone which will cause breasts to form in men when levels are high enough).
