Don't miss your chance to catch a rare US performance from one of the world's most legendary dj's, Luciano. Over the past few years there has only been few dj's that have had as much influence over how dance music has evolved into what it is today. Drawing upon his mixed Chilean and Swiss background, Luciano's sets are composed of a mystical blend of deep techno & electro that integrates southern elements in rhythms and colorful patterns in sound. If you have not been lucky enough to catch Luciano, this could be your only chances in a long time to experience a night of sultry house and deep techno from one of techno's living legends.
Luciano is joined on stage by one of dance music's most promising DJ / producer Jamie Jones. In the span of a few short years, Jamie has achieved what many producers try for in a lifetime but fail to attain. His knack for finding a groove has set him apart from the sea of producers / DJ's that over the years have been accustomed to playing formulaic music that lacks soul that many clubgoers have become tired of. Jamie will be performing tracks live from his upcoming debut artist album, that will soon be released on Crosstown Rebels, along with a late night dj set after Luciano. His recently released track, Summertime, is arguably one of the biggest tracks of 2009 so far. Lee Foss, who recently moved to LA from Chicago, will start the night off with a set that will more than likely include some of his recently finished tracks that has gained the attention of dj's worldwide after a breakthrough outing at this years WMC.
Honey is hosted this week by Chase Soundsystem with Jasefrmoutrspace and Klazzique while Shoddy Lynn and Audrey Napoleon host the Jerry Lewis room.

whats the cost to get in at 2:30am ????
I BADLY wanna go to see Luciano but am dj-ing at a club till 2am.
I doubt buying presale will get me in after 2am.
just wondering. |

| that's pretty wack if buying a presale can't get you in after 2, unless the club is at capacity. |

I'm pretty positive they will not deny you entrance after 2am if you have a presale ticket. I haven't heard of them doing that before. I would call the venue at 323.462.8900 to be sure.

| I've gotten in past 3 with a presale. Unless they are at max capacity I'm sure they'll honor it, but you should call and check to make sure. |

Presales are highly recommended for this Saturday. There is a concert before Avaland and the lines will be crazy at the door! |

I'm DJing till 1am and plan to go too. I'm hoping presale works, i doubt the club will be too packed at 2am, I'm more worried about paying the hiked up 2am rate... |

| I got in as late as 2:30 before. If they have AHP they (used to) sell tickets separately, so I'm not sure. I was surprised to see last week's presales mention a cut off time. |

Lee Foss: Doors-11:30ish
Jamie Jones Live: 11:30ish-1:00am
Luciano: 1-5ish
Jamie Jones DJ: 5ish-close
