This is my first real attempt at making techno. It's very similar to the kind of stuff that Hertz used to make; it's the sort of thing that guys like Pratap or Cave might play to transition between more chilled-out opening material and the peak hour bangin' . There's nothing particularly innovative here; I'd describe it as funky, driving, cookie-cutter techno. But what the hell, I like it.
I made this track in two days from loops (mostly taken from the Deadmau5 sample CD) using Ableton Live 8. It's going to be part of a 3-track EP that I'm producing with a friend -- we're still working on the original mix, and my friend will be doing his own version. This one is my own take on it.

| i understand the track and what it's trying to do, and that's why it's quite pointless to listen to it on it's own since it's a loop you work along with other cuts. but i like it, it works. |
