| 2.6 lbs a week is totally reasonable. The suggested norm for "safe" weight loss is 2 lbs a week. I imagine at 2.6 more of that is going to be water weight, but she clearly looks very healthy. , I lost 12 lbs in one month way back when I changed how I ate, without even gong to the gym. |

Yea I lost like 30lbs in like... 3 months in late 2012, 2.5lbs a week, 40 in 5 months. Totally just due to diet changes (though I did start running regularly too). Oh and also an extreme bout of depression and anxiety. Yea, mostly that. Luckily I don't compensate with food. :stongue:
The best part was that most of it was after coming back from visiting Turkey for a few weeks. Thought I had a stomach parasite, but then realized that'd make me hungry too. Ah the joys of hypochondria.
