No, it was in Oct. 2006 at sometime... near the middle? It was after enferno posted nude pics of an underage citric... :nervous: |

there isn't actually any thread for the first banning as most of what was happened was on irc and it involved nou exposing the file sharing are. for most of the people here who don't know, the whole filesharing thing was quite common in the early days, but after the whole napster incident and all that, all the filesharing was strictly prohibited on any forums that was open to the public.
but there was a special filesharing subforum known as the filesharing area exclusive to anyone who signed up before october 2001 + mods + a few chosen others. it was all kept under hush-hush even though alot of the people who signed up after knew about this.
the 411 on this was that nou got hold of screenshots of said area via another user and threatened to expose the fsa. swamper or neo banned nou after this whole thing. nou grew infamy as the one who shut down the precious fsa
(btw, for something that was that hush-hush, it was nothing compared to the mp3blogs and the open filesharingforums that are happening on the intarwebs today).
nou managed to get himself reinstated but the main mods hated nous guts and the second ban was an al capone getting busted for tax evasion thing. when the whole enferno/citric thing happend nou took citrics side and started flaming enferno recklessly. noted is that enferno was doing the same or even more. and when nou stepped over the line, me & coup banned him. also, as a result of this. every post nou ever made was completely deleted.
and the rest is basicly history. it's not really interesting this |

Yea, it happend on IRC, but it started in a thread where GWRmarines was saying he was bored and he was based in Okinawa at the time. I told him NOT to rape Japanese school girls (cause there was a big case about that in the 90's there) and Neo banned me for some reason... :conf:
I had FSA pics, and told Neo on IRC (in a half hearted way) that I'd post them if he didnt unban me. He said "how would you do that?" and I said id replace all the photos id ever posted on TA with the screen shots... so he said he'd delete all my posts. Not wanting that I told him I was joking, then he accidently deleted all 20,000 of my posts anyway... :mad:
So then yea, after that is pretty much what Tony said.
So there is no more Nou, no more Nou posts or threads (including the epic Krysta_101 thread) and yea... Oh well history is history. No point getting mad about the past. |
