hahaha (Some) italians are such SORE LOSERS! lol Korea deserved to win, and you know why? because they...
- Play with their heart (unlike the italian team)
- Play to WIN (unlike the italian team, who play not to lose)
- Attack (unlike the italian team who instantly start defending their 1-0 lead, and show no initiative untill the absolutely have to)
- totally dominated the last 25 minutes of the second half + overtime
- They don't fall to the ground crying for a penalty kick when they know it's not a faul (schwalbe!), unlike TOTTI who deserved the red card just for being a crybaby :D
- They aren't crybaby's (not saying the italians are pussies, but crybabies, yes...)
- they play with honor, and are good losers, as opposed to SORE LOSERS!
Lol, the italian team played so arrogantly after the 1st goal (as the always do, though they like to call it a style ('cattanacio' (spelling?))) they were asking for it! |

no, did we watch a different game? At most the last 2 minutes of the second half, not 25

totti did not deserve that red card, that was pure bs... of course, leave it to the italian haters to turn things around. Totti got the red card and then got pissed (understandably), not the other way around. |

I totally agree with you ampburner...italy plays pretty dirty...like grabbing their opponents and pushing them down 2 the ground and when korea lose they lose with honor.
oh yeah and micheal your the one thats lucky to live not anywhere near my sight cuz ill be happy to throw you down and give you the smashing:whip: |

a yellow card is given to any player that simulates a foul.
TOTTI was looking for that penalty when he "fell" in the area..
he received a yellow card.
it accumulated and he got sent out.

Because the italians were the better team, but decided not to go on the offense, but play their usual, defensive game after the 1-0. that's a CALCULATIVE style of playing football. playing with calculation is the opposite of playing passion, thus playing with head vs. playing with your heart.

I guess we did! what I saw was a korean offense hammering the italian defense. ok I admit the italian team managed to fight back and created some good opportunities, one of which was called offside (debatable), but the koreans we totally pressurising the italians, esp. after Totti had been sent off.

been said before. schwalbe = yellow card. yellow + yellow = red. simple as that. He was trying to get a penalty, dropped to the ground (I'm intensionally trying to avoid the word 'fell' :p), he practically threw himself at the ground. He was betting that the ref would give him a penalty, but he lost that bet. if you take a chance, you might lose. deal with it.
I made the 'crybaby comment' because I hate the italian mentality of using sneaky "professional" but mean tricks, trying to fool the ref into awarding penalities...AND asking the ref to give the Other side a yellow card... yes you know the look on their face when they get tackled, go to the refferee and make those 'gestures' (handsignals whatever). "ooh mister ref, my opponent hasn't been nice to me, please book him" :whip:

Yeah, i know how to play soccer. I know the rules. I'm not complaining about the first yellow card... the issue is how it ACCUMULATED. Don't tell me that was fair.

| ive been reading this whole thread and i gotta say vivid boy gettin on my nerves..talkin about they rigged the game and how korea didnt deserve to win because they suck blah blah blah...just be quiet...honestly i watched the whole game and the italian players should belong in a hollywood movie because they can act out their injuries pretty well...thats why totti got booted from the game... he did a hollywood fall and he tried to make up an explanation to the ref and while doing so the ref got offended by his attitude and ejected him...honestly i think it was one of the best games ive ever seen...#21 was a tho...he had a big attitude ...today korea is gonna play spain and lets see how that goes..=/ |

and then youd say..it wasnt..and then itd be a useless argument.
