Put her head in a opaque bag (obviously something that she can breath through, dont be a numnuts and use plastic, use like canvas or something). Tie her up in some sort of position, fetal probably would work best... Don't just use a blindfold, you want to go far total darkness.
Then get loud , pots and pans, cap guns, all sorts of and ing just bang them around her. If she is sitting up push her over and keep making noises and threats... The fear of being hit is what works here, thats often more scary than being hit. Maybe throw in some light taps or something as well just to keep it real.
That should work for some psychological torture...
