I have always stuck to the idea that I wanted to come out with a remix album/mix double cd to get myself out there on the map. How many tracks would be ideal? Do I market the entire album to a label? Or individual tracks? Also any ideas on pricing? Thanks in advance! kitphillips Have a look at the way King Roc Marketed his album. I think that's some of the best marketing work (and tunes) I've heard in a really long time. He basically released 4 limited edition EPs with posters (also non limited beatport MP3s) and then released an album with reworks of all of those tracks.
