I want to do this with my 5D now... I wonder what they used to do the time lapse... I know there is some software suits out there that can do more than the normal canon remote control software can. |

i've been considering buying a telescope. i used to have one until i was 17 but lost interest when i went to college. lost it during the many moves in between.
now i'm interested again (especially after this vid - very cool). astronomy is a humbling experience as sagan once said.
anyone got any recommendations. probably not looking to spend more than $200. |

| I can't see in the sky from where I am, but a few hours into the desert it is captivating as hell. I keep telling myself to get a telescope and get into this properly, looks like the kind of you could appreciate blazed out of your mind hehe. |
