He actually stayed at my aunt and uncle's ranch just outside of Woodstock, IL when they filmed Groundhog Day. The movie was filmed in the town, and he wanted some place that was quiet and private. A movie star staying at some bed and breakfast in a place like Woodstock would probably get a lot of attention, all of which would be unwanted by him. They said he was the coolest guy ever. When the filming was done, he threw some big party while my aunt and uncle were away on business, and ALL of his friends/SNL crew was there, including Chris Farley, David Spade, Steve Martin, etc., etc. When my uncle came home, he accidentally stumbled upon a good 3 lbs of weed in the fridge. :stongue:
I would have loved to meet him.
Also, I hear Cameron Diaz is actually a real bitch; she was voted the least friendliest celebrity in some magazine a few years back, but I can't remember which. |
