Apparently terminators run with USB 2.0 and firewire...
This might give you a hint as to wether to go see it or not.
Quite entertaining, but its no Star Wars...oh wait.. IT IS! |

the whole ordeal made me fantasize about building a time machine so I could send a cyborg into the past to terminate McG's mother before she could give birth to him
Like the human skulls crushed under sleek metal feet in those feverish sequences, the Terminator film series is finished.
The result... is, ironically, a mostly mechanical film and not very lifelike at all. Maybe the machines have already won.
The Terminator series grinds to a distinct and palpable halt with this inert, flat-out worthless entry...

oh well i thought it was entertaining and i'm sure i'm biased b/c my brother was one of the puppetiers of the terminator robots in the movie. he has 2 credits in the movie, one for puppetiering right after the actors and one for creating in the effects shop, mike manzel.
i'm very proud of him. although he's been doing this for quite some time and worked on tons of movies, he's leaving for the paris and tokyo premier this sunday. he took me to the LA premier last thursday and then the after party. got to meet all the actors/director/producers. pretty cool for a low paid school teacher :) |

That's pretty cool. I liked the movie, I don't think it was anything amazing but then again it's JUST a Terminator movie...imo they've never really been anything more than a big budget action flick with a semi-intriguing storyline. McG did up a lot of things, but he's just a mediocre director. If you're not familiar with that fact then that's your fault :p
I wasn't even looking forward to seeing the movie until I found out Christian Bale was in it, I thought he did a great job being the soon-to-be leader of the resistance against machines. |

star trek was alot better, but still lacked in some areas.
terminator, was bleh. Christian bale did a good job but it still sucked. I figured the story was gonna be bland, and i thought the action would be better.. but i give this movie a 2. I dont understand, they already new what he did to the t3 movie, why let him do this one?
I feel transformers 2 is not going to be good either, some reason it just doesnt capture my eye...
all big budget movies will fall short this year... thats my 2 cents |
