Weird Computer Problem

Ok, so my computer has started doing this weird thing.
Every time I open a program (this includes explorer.exe being open all the time) the program is accompanied by a text box. The text seems to just show the process that that program is going through whenever I do something. See pic below:
I'm running a virus scan at the moment, so it might be that, but I don't know.
Anyone ever seen this before, or know what it is? Or how I can fix it? :p
Any help would be appreciated :) |
