Allen & Heath Xone:92 Rotary Price increase?

I'm soon in the market for a new mixer, and am probably going with the Xone:92. I was just on Agiproddj.com and noticed that the difference in price between the linear and rotary is now $300!

I know I've looked at the prices of these 2 before, and was certain the Rotary version didn't touch $2,000 for it. I thought the price difference between the 2 was $100?

Is there an Authorized dealer on the net that's selling the Rotary version for less?

I'll just go Linear otherwise, but would love to have the Rotary version.

This is on djdeals.com. Is this for real or bull? I know they're NOT authorized dealers for Pioneer, but I haven't heard whether they are or not for Allen & Heath.

They have a final price of $1,578 with free shipping on the Rotary version. I'm thinking they're not Authorized Dealers, but they're still a legit site otherwise, right?

Yeah, I'm not too confident in them either. I sent a message to agi to see if they'd price match with them. As I hear AGI is A LOT more reputable. I'm sure they'll give me the inside scoop on djdeals, if it's not legit (which I doubt it is).

What'd you buy, Leon? I'm a little nervous dealing with them on a $1,600+ item.

I've bought from them, but it was just Torq, not a 1000+ item.

yeah buying something over a thousand online feels risky especially when they use standard mail

im a believer of spending the extra bucks once you break a few hundred
who knows, you might get lucky. call up your local guitar center or whatever and see if they pricematch (trust me those guys would way rather make a big sale on their time)

i bought a midi controller and it came in like an opened box, wrapped in plastic, just very shady
