That's not fraud. Fraud is pretending to impersonate another person or organisation, or saying that you're representing a charity and are collecting for them.
If you made it clear that the money was for you, I am pretty sure that is legal, even if it's unscrupulous. |

you could have two sides to the donation drive, suicide = yes and suicide = no. that way you make money from the morons on either side. |

You know if I was a sly attorney I bet I could get it on some sort of tort stating that since I don't actually kill myself if someone DOESN'T give me money then I violated said tort... :p |

To some extent.
I am still trying to enjoy programming as a free time sort of thing after doing it day in day out for 3 years on projects I hated. The pleasure is slowly coming back...
I am working on that twitter rip off joke site... twatter.me and I want to redo my flickr rip off site as well... http://brightr.net
I am also in the midsts of getting my own development/design firm up and running, but my partner lives in Canada so its a bit hard.
I am a dreamer/planner type person more than I am one to get into the nitty gritty implementation details though. Middle managment here I come! :gsmile: |
