Oh man, now i'm pist off! He was the only reason why I bought tickets for EDC!!! And now he got taken off the line up!!!

Gotta admit not a big loss for me... If i went I was going for the Saturday Trance stage by Giant... otherwise I'm almost disinterested in the event. A big load of hype and blah most stages are to me. Though the DnB stage has promise depending on what happens.

Insomniac is disappointed by recent news that we have received. Fatboy Slim has decided to withdraw from this year’s festival citing “unavoidable family commitments” as the reason for the cancellation. But never fear! The Insomniac team has confirmed an amazing act for Saturday night. Groove Armada will now be DJing the kineticField on the floor of the Coliseum! We couldn't be more excited about adding the London big beat legends and are really looking forward to them rocking the main stage.
In addition, Insomniac will be announcing more talent on several stages as well as an additional area on Friday. The circuitGrounds stage, originally booked only for Saturday’s show, will now be in full effect on Friday night!
Again, we apologize for the disappointing news but rest assured we will not sleep until more slamming talent is locked down. Check back for news as it becomes available. Thank you for your understanding! |

Now i am not sure if i am going. Like Woddy mentioned he was the main reason why i was going, now i am not so sure. Groove Armada is a pretty good replacement though i must admit. And I am also curious as to what Crystal Method is going to play...

Groove Armada is AMAZING! If you like house, you will NOT be disappointed. Their sound is similar to Fat Boy Slims, but a bit more groovy/bouncy from the last time i saw them. |

I always miss them for some reason. But whenever I can get my hands on a mix, I will certainly download and listen. They are great. |
