I have just received or think i have payment for an item i auctioned on ebay . When i log into my account it says that the payment is on hold. Till either i get a positive feedback on ebay for the transaction, or 21 days if there have been no complaints from the buyer. I have never experienced this happening before and was wondering whether it is above board? Sounds kind of fishy so wanted to ask.
