Hi guys,
Just wanted to share a recent set of mine. Features some brand new Deep House, Tech House, Techno, and Progressive House music. I spent a lot of time on this, so any feedback, good or bad, is certainly appreciated.
It is with great pleasure that I present to you 22 of my favorite tracks. This is, without a doubt, one of my proudest sets I have ever worked on in my 8+ years as a DJ. It is a unique selection of tracks mixed together in a painstakingly specific and sequential order, so to assure the listener the utmost flow and continuity. A total 13 hours of hard work and sweat went into compiling this 2 hour set. The recording is an example of everything I strive for in a DJ mix: songs in different genres unified by their consistency in rhythm, harmony, and overall feel; a lot of tricky modulation to move between keys during transitions; multiple types of blends; and last but not least, the concept of a "journey" throughout the music.

| Do you make your mixes using Ableton? Like, you can save your mix and then work on it later? I'm noob and I make mixes that way right now. |

| Tried downloading this last night. Went to bed with 3% finished and woke up with 3% finshed. Might have been bad connection on my end. I'm gonna try again when I get home. |

Yes, it's possible to save your sessions in Ableton. I do not recommend using Ableton when you are first starting out. Invest in some CDJs or borrow a friend's to practice. DJs tend not to respect other DJs that can't properly beatmatch. It's also hard to bring your Ableton setup to live shows when everybody else is using CDs.

Please try again! So far I have received no other complaints. In fact, the download speeds are quite fast! :) Would love to hear your opinion of the set. |
