Sugar or Artificial Sweetner?

I am personally addicted to Diet Coke (nutrasweet) and I prefer that taste to that of natural sugar.
The reason I bring this up is today at work we were making an experimental batch of a pharmaceutical product and the formulation calls for sucrose to cover the bitter taste of the drug.
So I asked why they don't use artificial sweeteners cause I think they taste better and they didn't seem to think there was a market for that.
Anyone agree? |

| real sugar all the way. and if any of you are using artificial sweetener for health reasons, try honey, brown sugar or maple syrup. |

| Artifical sweetners for me. The possible long-term health ramifications are a lesser evil to me compared to my quest for trophy like good looks. |
