Hey, hopefully someone can advise me on a problem i am having...
I moved my pc from my flat to my home town house now but now the old cubase projects will not play.when i start a cubase project the CPU meter stays at halfway when nothing is playin and moves to full when playing,,,this is despite the fact that i was working on the projects just fine the other day..all i did was move pc to different location..i am using m-audio connectiv as sound card...anyone have advice as to why this is happening??? |

| First try if all the memory sticks are inn firmly. Check if the computer shows up the right amount of memory .. I had a a stick come out once when i was moving my studio around... And once a bad memory stick in another machine.. |

| are u having other problems or is it only with cubase? try reinstall? |

| i tried reinstalling,,also did a system restore..i got a suggestion that it might be because of dirty electricity in the new location??anyone know anything about this idea? |

maybe during transport something got loose inside your pc. Open it up and check the ram and video card to see if there in the slots properly. even take them out and put them back in.
It sounds like your computer is freezing when it's accessing all it's memory i would run a system check on your ram and motherboard and cpu etc... |
