does anyone know if there are covered areas at hudson terrace to seek shelter in the chance that it's raining?
also... can you smoke there, or do they have a specific smoking area? it's been too long since i lived in NY and i don't know all the rules with the smoking ban these days. |

It looks like there is some coverage but I don't know if there is like a retractable roof or something that can cover the entire deck. |

| i've submitted a plan for bloomberg to approve in which we basically build a dome that covers manhattan only, that way when it rains we just open the dome (cover the island) and we dont get wet! |
