There was a black bear also up a tree in Newmarket last year, similar story.

I don't think they'll kill it, they'll bring it up north and release it. It's not like the bear has been accustomed to living near humans and getting food from us. They only kill those bears that have leaned to associate humans to food, because then they become a danger to us... |
