It's from a new double pack on Darkestral called "Sepia Tones". The promo is out, you can check it on Juno.
It might be released digitally as well, I've seen a few Instra:mental-tracks knocking about in digital format recently. |

it's not on junodownload yet, however i'm happy instra:mental - photograph is on there so that's now out. Just hoping I can buy it digitally somewhere. |
