Arachibutyrophobia- fear of peanut butter sticking to the roof of your mouth.
Bogyphobia- Fear of bogies or the bogeyman. (I'm not kidding. This stuff is for real).
Caligynephobia- Fear of beautiful women.
Coprastasophobia- Fear of constipation.
Coprophobia- Fear of feces.
Cyprinophobia - Fear of prostitutes or venereal disease.
Defecaloesiophobia- Fear of painful bowels movements.
Epistemophobia- Fear of knowledge.
Eurotophobia- Fear of female genitalia.
Hellenologophobia- Fear of Greek terms or complex scientific terminology.
Homophobia- fear of homosexuality or of becoming homosexual. Ithyphallophobia- Fear of seeing, thinking about or having an erect penis.
Japanophobia- Fear of Japanese.
Judeophobia- Fear of Jews.
Menophobia- Fear of menstruation.
Opiophobia- Fear medical doctors experience of prescribing needed pain medications for patients. (All you HMO's out there).
Papaphobia- Fear of the Pope.
Paraskavedekatriaphobia- Fear of Friday the 13th.
Phobophobia- Fear of phobias. (Makes sense I guess).
Pteronophobia- Fear of being tickled by feathers.
Russophobia- Fear of Russians.
Triskaidekaphobia- Fear of the number 13.
Urophobia- Fear of urine or urinating.
Zemmiphobia- Fear of the great mole rat.
Hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia- Fear of long words. (Doctors are cruel, aren't they).
And last but not least, my favorite:
Parthenophobia- Fear of virgins or young girls. |
