embedding tracklists into an mp3 set

does anyone know what program does this? i know my sequencers &/or itunes dont. they just embed ID3 tags.
any help is appreciated.

| All the sets I come across deal with the tracklisting issue either by i) having the tracklisting available for viewing on a webpage or ii) including a .txt or .doc file with the .mp3 set (e.g. via a .rar package). |

| You can do it in Itunes for iphones/ipod touches. Put the tacklist in the lyrics section in iTunes. That way when you are viewing it on your ipod, it will come up. I have started doing this for most of the new sets I download. |

There's a sick tracklist plugin for winamp that shows you the current track while playing an mp3 set. It parses a txt file that had the time definitions of all the tracks in the set. When I formatted I lost it, and I forgot its name.

You have three (I believe) options here:
- Using a field in the MP3 tag, likely the Lyrics tag, which seems most optimal.
- Attaching a CUE sheet, less favorable as many will loss the additional file.
- An app plug-in, as suggested above, which would limit the feature to using a specific app, and possibly installing an external plug-in. |

cool...thanks. shame itunes doesnt have a specific tag for tracklists.
